100th day of school
DD's school requested a box containing 100 items and asked that we be creative and attach a rhyme for 3 of the items.
If your DC has to also make a box, what are you putting in it?
And anyone have any good rhymes for items? The rhyme has to describe the item so the kids can guess what it is.

100th day of school
Oh geez..that sounds difficult! I'm trying to think of things that you can collect enough of for cheap.
Maybe cotton balls?
"I'm white and fluffy, shaped like a ball, I'm sometimes used with ointment when you fall"
Or maybe little Bazooka gum squares?
"I'm pink and gooey and I can turn into a big bubble but don't chew me in school, or you may get in trouble!"
Erasers
"I'm here to rub away the mistakes that you make, and pencils don't like me, but I make do-overs a piece of cake!"
Mini Marshmellows
"You can roast me, toast me and I love a stick, chocolate, and an open fire, and I am enjoyed a lot in the season of firecrackers, but whatever you do, please don't forget the graham crackers!"

Re: 100th day of school
We had to do a 100th day project for kindegarten too but no rhyming and no box. It was a project with 100 objects, no food allowed. We did those foam stickers that way DS was able to do most of it himself.

Re: 100th day of school
DS made a snowman out of 100 cotton balls on a piece of oaktag. He needed to write a few short sentences on the process.
DD needed to bring in 100 of something. She made a rainbow necklace out of 100 fruit loops. No written component.

100th day of school
We did 100 fingers....DD traced her hand 20 times and cut it out and pasted it on a board. Turned out cute.
