rasberry ketone
Has anyone used this in addition to diet & exercise? I just got a sample in the vitamins I bought & I saw Dr Oz had it on his show.

I'm bumping this because I was going to ask the same question. I keep reading you have to buy a good brand that is 100% rasberry ketones and nothing else. There are so many out there, not sure which one to buy.

I've been reading up on it. DH didn't want me to take ti bc he felt it was dangerous. I was reading and they did studies that showed it prevented weight gain in mice, but no trials have been done on humans. I have green tea extract pills but the caffeine gets to me, I want to try green coffee but its the same issue

What brand did everyone get and where did you find it ? All the ones I found so far have other things added like green tea or CLA. Etc..

I bought it from InVite Health. It is Raspberry Ketones fortified iwth Green Tea Extract.

I went to a local health food store and got a brand called Bio Nutrition. I had such a hard time finding one with only Rasberry Ketones. This one has Rasberry Ketones and Green Tea. I figured I would try it. I have alot more energy from them. Not sure it its helping with the weight loss but I really think it is. It took a while for them to kick in and start working.
