Need an easy gluten free option for bday party
We are having a bday party this weekend. Both my brother and niece are gluten free. I have some appetizer options but need ideas for dinner.
Because I usually go overboard and tire myself out, DH insisted I order dinner. We are having gourmet sandwiches from the deli, pizza and a sushi platter. While the sushi is GF, my niece also does not eat fish. So any ideas on something I can order?
I am getting a small GF pizza.

maybe get some veg only sushi? keep in mind that soy sauce is not gluten free.
eta: maybe a salad from the deli? can the deli give you some "loose" deli meat?

Whole foods sells fresh baked gluten free bread and rolls. You have to call ahead at some locations. You can make a small cold cut platter and they can make sandwiches. As for soy sauce you can get Tamari. It is pure soy no wheat added. I prefer the San J brand.
