If you want italian food, Sempre Vivolo in Hauppauge is very good.

La Tavola in Sayville.
Great atmosphere, great food. We go there for most special occasions. And I love the semi circle booths they have - 'cause I'm cheesy like that and like to sit next to hubby :)
