O Cramps
For those that feel a cramp/pain on their side when they O, is it just one cramp, or can it come and go throughout the day?
That's waht I am feeling today. Or could this be a sign of Polycystic ovaries??

Re: O Cramps
Mine comes and goes as well. Its very weird. And most months I feel it on the left side, but at times on the right?

Re: O Cramps
Mine would come in go throughout the day and then in the evening for a few hours if felt like I was hit by a ton of bricks cramping when my cysts rupture. My right side is my dominant side my ovary is alot bigger on that side so most months I feel it on that side.

Re: O Cramps
I had it a few weeks ago (first O off of BC) and it was on my left only and it stayed for about 20 mins and it wasn't really a cramp more like a sharp pain and then the next day I got it again.

Re: O Cramps
I get them and it alternates sides every month. It is known as "mittelschmerz".
Here are some sites with specific info.
