Bottles VS sippy
I BF DD... She gets 1 bottle a day (of BM) every weekday while I work part-time. She sometimes doesn't drink her bottle bc she can't be bothered with it but she will always nurse from me. She is approaching 12 months & I wanted her to be weaned (for the most part) by then.....
What do I do about giving her cows milk- (my ped says to mix it into BM gradually)... Do I just give her the sippy? She would not care if she never had another bottle again & I don't want her to start drinking so many bottles a day that she gets attached to the bottle if I have gone this long without that happening. My reservation about the sippy is she winds up more playing with it than drinking it & winds up with the majority of it down the front of her. (she gets water in the sippy most of the time.. When she is constipated I give her watered down prune juice)
Anyone else face this prob? TIA

I would just put cows milk in the sippy and if she wears it, so be it.

Agreed. It just takes practice, she'll get the hang of it.
