Gym in Massapequa/Seaford Area?
I want to get my dad either personal training sessions or a gym membership in the Massapequa, North Massapequa, Seaford, Wantagh area. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I go to World Gym for a long time now and also personal train there. Its great small community and you never have to wait for machines!

This. I belong. Its open 24/7 so its great for any schedule. Very big so I have never had to wait for equipment. I have worked with 2 different trainers and both were good. First one though wasn't my style but love my current one.

Thanks all! Never heard of Xsport so will look into it!
My parents keep saying they don't have time for the gym and its frustrating me!

Also if you think he would at least check it out, you can buy him the $20 class for new students at Hot Yoga Massapequa. It's good for 10 consecutive days. If he likes it, you can buy him an ongoing plan.
I go there all the time and love it.
One of the main reasons, is because it's geared for beginners and most of the people that attend are older and not rockstar yoga people. I also have tried to go to the gym before, but don't keep up with it.

You can also see the current schedule (which rarely changes).
Call and ask for Patrick!!!
