Need some advice

Ok My husband and I talked about trying again.And we want to wait till around Nov. or Dec. before TTC.But my ? is what kind of birth control should I take while we are waiting.I'm not sure which would be best to take just for 4 months.But I'm not sure if I want to take the pill again.My doc. appt. is on wednesday and I have to let my Doc. know what I want to take.

I am probably going to end up having to take a break where we're not TTC. I am the MOH in my sister's upcoming wedding and I don't want to miss it.

It will be about a 3 month break, and I also don't want to go back on the pill. I think that I will continue to chart and use the FAM method from TCOYF. We'll use condoms during the fertile period and any time that I am not 100% certain if I am fertile. I honestly don't ever want to go on the pill again.

When Istop taking the pill, I am going to use the Fertility Awareness Method... I saw it in the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility. Plus, it is good practice for charting for when we try.
