Elderberry Extract
I bought this to avoid getting sick this winter, but truthfully, it is GOD awful. I almost puked, my stomach DID NOT agree. I was nauseous for an hour after taking it.
Even DH tried a couple of times and he has a much stronger stomach than I do.
We added water like the bottle says, but its still this thick, overly sweet mess.
Any other tips for taking it and not feeling like you have to run to the bathroom to viomit.
I like the concept and would love to take this on a daily basis.

I take pills....no issue
and I never got sick all winter
a few sniffles last week- took 2 instead of one and it stopped

Same here! I love the taste, my niece even likes it lol.
I do take it with food though bc I assume it's prob acidic bc it's a high concentrate of a berry
