Any way to get cheaper broadway tix?
A friend and I have off this week and would love to go to a daytime showing of either Wicked or Annie. Is there a site or place in NYC we could go for last minute tix at a cheaper rate? Sorry, i am clueless when it comes to Broadway!

Any way to get cheaper broadway tix?
TKTS booth in Times Square. Last time i was there, they did have Annie but not sure about Wicked.
ETA: I believe it changes from day to day.

Little known fact about the TKTS booth - there is one downtown & it's the only booth that sells tickets a day in advance. So if you wanted to buy Saturday matinee tix, they go on sale on Friday.

I work in the industry and broadwaybox.com has the best, most up-to-date discount codes. Tkts is awesome but you only have access to what they have available at that moment, for that day (or next day, if you use the location downtown).
Wicked doesn't really offer discounts, but Annie has a few promo codes running. :)
ETA: if you're looking for a matinee during the week, you'll need to go today. Matinees are (typically) on Wednesdays.

I think Wicked and Book of Mormon have same day lotteries, which provide great seats and lower prices (that is, if you get selected). My co-worker has seen Wicked twice and Book of Mormon once through their lotteries.
