5 weeks and no appetite already
Here I am again!!!! It is super early, so i am in hiding!
Anyway, i am 5 weeks and have no appetite at all, and my pregnancy brain kicked in real early b/c i have no clue how i did it with DC#1... its like i completely forgot how it was in the begining of my pregnancy (or maybe i chose to block that out)
Any advice?!

5 weeks and no appetite already
I would force myself to eat despite my lack of appetite, just small things like fruit/veggies/crackers just to keep some food in my belly. A small cup of milk also helped. Even now at 12 weeks my appetite comes and goes.

when I had no appetite I would just eat things that I can normally stomach. I only could eat tomatoes, mangos, oranges, and other fruits other than that everything was disgusting. Good luck!

I agree with the other girls try to eat smaller more nutritious meals throughout the day.

I went through that from prob wk 6-12. I just ate w/e I could tolerate which was Greek yogurt, instant oatmeal, fruit and bagels.

I've been nauseous since before I even got my BFP -- at like 3 weeks and change. Haven't had much of an appetite but eating is really the only thing that makes those feelings go away so I force myself.

This pregnancy I had no appetite up to about 20 something weeks...I had to force myself to eat. And I actually lost weight! It's normal.
