WW girls--points for nursing moms?
Asking for my coworker--how many extra points per day for EBF?
Also, at how many weeks pp were you able to really get on track with WW?

Re: WW girls--points for nursing moms?
I never BF - and not sure how the extra points work now, because I think the points plus calculation for daily points is more complex than under the old plan (where they would say "if you are BF, add x points." I think you are definitely supposed to eat an extra serving of dairy if you are BF, according to the "good health guidelines."
As far as when to start - After I had my DS, I started WW when I was 6 or 7 weeks post-partum. I waited until after my 6 week check up, and I just needed that time to recover/adjust to having a baby. I tried to watch what I ate after giving birth, but waited to formally start WW again. But then I got on track quickly and lost 40 lbs (the remainder of my baby weight from the time I started at 6 weeks) in about 4/4.5 months.

I can't remember for sure, but I think I got 35 points a day, so it was an extra 9 a day for nursing.
