Catering Italian Food - Seaford area
Can someone recommend a good place anywhere around Seaford/Wantagh/Massapequa where we could order really good italian food for a party?
Thanks!

Re: Catering Italian Food - Seaford area
Personally not a fan of Cara Mia - Their food tasted frozen to me...however - it may be we just went on an "off day"
A while back we used Gino's Of Tuscany in Massapequa (Across from John J Burns)...Everyone at the party could not believe it was actually from Gino's- because it was so good.
I would also suggest Marsala in Massapequa too, the food is reasonable and good.
Another Catering Suggestion would be Pantano's in Seaford. I also catered food from there and it was excellent.
Il Classico as well in Massapequa has great italian food.
Hope these suggestions help.

Re: Catering Italian Food - Seaford area
Just had to chime in - I used to order from Iavarone's for big parties/holidays.
However, I just ordered from Uncle Giuseppe's for Easter, and I was MUCH happier with the service and the food, plus it was less expensive. The cheese and antipasto platters I ordered were huge -- literally brimming with food -- and put together very well. I ordered from the East Meadow location, because I am in North Bellmore, but I've heard the Massapequa store is very nice, too.
I still like Iavarone's but will definitely go to Uncle G's for future catering orders.

Re: Catering Italian Food - Seaford area
DHs family all live in Seaford and always use either Iavarone or as of late, Uncle Giuseppes.
I don't think you can go wrong with either.
We love Cara Mia for a nice dinner out, but I don't know how they do with catering.
