Headphones for iphone that don't fall out while running?

I'm just getting back to the gym and I really need music to keep me going while running on the treadmill. I used to use the little ear-plug earphones that came with my ipod but they were annoying and fell out often while running. Does anyone use something (hopefully inexpensive) that actually stays in place?

I got old school ones- they fit into my phone or ipod and are much more comfortable

I have ones, scull candy I think (not expensive at all & from target). They come with sizes too, so you should be able to find a fit.

What is your budget? These are the only ones I found that are comfortable, not noise canceling (I want to hear traffic on the road), and don't fall out:

They cost a pretty penny but I've had them for over a year now and use them constantly, so I think they're worth it. But I wouldn't do the ones that go over your ears, head, or back of neck because I find it distracting.
