Requiem (Delerium book 3)

So disappointed in the end. Chat Icon

I liked it- but the end was just...flat.

Anyone else read it yet?

Requiem (Delerium book 3)

I feel like she just rushed the ending or was just over writting the book. She could have done so much more with it.

I don't know, but I loved it! I don't feel like the end was rushed at all... I mean it lasted several chapters. I really liked Hana's whole storyline. I do wish we knew more of what happened, but hey, that's why it's a series.

Requiem (Delerium book 3)

I didnt think it was terrible per se, but I think it could have gone a few chapters longer and tied up loose ends rather than leave it as one of those take it as you will endings.

But it's the last one! I love happy endings- so I would've loved to know that Hanna and Lena became good friends again, Julian found his true love- or at least was ok with Lena returning to Alex. Or at least 1 last passionate kiss- right in the middle of town- for Alex and Lena.

I thought the ending was a cop out. Although it could be worse and it makes sense she left it open since the whole point is freedom and choice. It left it up to te reader with an open ending. I guess. Haha

I felt the same way. I read a review and the writer was saying how it was an awesome ending...I need more closure. I hate movies that end ambiguously as well.

Requiem (Delerium book 3)

Ehh the hype that follows these books is not all its cracked up to be. I didn't particularly like LIKE them, but I have a rule about finishing books when I start them.

I was hoping it would pick up a bit - the 2nd book was better then the first, the 3rd started getting good and then it just ended.
