Re: Baked tilapia
I bread mine and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake in the over for about 25 minutes.
The other way I do it is bake with just a dab of butter, white wine, and basil and oregano. When there's about 5 minutes left I top with marinara sauce.

Baked tilapia
I sprinkle with old bay, dab with butter, lemon zest, lemon juice. I usually bake it in two smaller dishes bc I like capers in mine but DS doesn't like "olives".
If I don't have lemon, I usually go with old bay, galic salt and paprika.

Re: Baked tilapia
I do a simple recipe. I melt butter in a sautéed pan and cook chopped garlic. Then. Take it off the heat and add paprika and parsley flakes. I use a brush ad brush some butter on a baking dish. Put the fish down and brush the remaining butter on. Then I squeeze lemon over it before serving.
