Best outdoor toys and bike for a 3 yr old?

Hi,
Moving from our condo to a house next month and my daughter is turning 3 soon. We want to get her a playhouse for the yard but she's very tall so can someone please recommend a good one for taller kids please.

Also she really hasn't had a bike/trike of any kind yet. At her age is she ready for a small bike with training wheels or are there tricycles she will still fit on that would be better for her to learn on? A big wheel even? I'm just not sure what is best and her grandparents want to get her something like that.

Any other outdoor toys for 3 yr old girls you can recommend that would be great. I'm just so excited to finally have our own yard for her to play in.

Really appreciate any help.
TIA!

at 3 i would honestly say that a playhouse would be a waste of money. i would get a wooden swing set for her.

as for a bike, a 16 inch with training wheels

DD got a 12 inch with training wheels at 2, and at 3.5 she is getting too big for it.

ok thanks good to know re the bike.

I definitely need a playhouse for her - being she's never had one it's all she wants and all she plays with when we are at friends houses.

I think any of the step 2 or little tikes playhouses are good see what's in your price range. We were lucky enough to have a friend give us their old one which was in great condition it's not even on the website anymore. My dds are 3and love plaing in it

No advice on a bike my girls still can't pedal

Good to know - thanks.
I'll check out the Step 2 houses.
I was wondering that myself since she's never had a bike or trike yet maybe she can't pedal? I'll have to see about the bike and what will be best for her.
Thanks!
