Its usually estrogen and then when your lining is thick enough progesterone 5 days before transfer. The type of estrogen will differ I was on patches at first and that did nothing and I went to vaginal estrace and progesterone was PIO.

Thank you, seems so much easier than a fresh cycle(I had a fresh 5 years ago). So the FET is 4-6 weeks and a fresh cycle take two months?

FET is way easier with barely any drugs. Once you get AF you have a baseline and then start estrace. For some it can take as little as 26 days but it really depends on how your body reacts to the estrogen.
