Tortellini with broccoli, olives, sundried tomatoes and either feta or mozzarella would be delicious in a light Italian vinaigrette, or just simple oil and vinegar.

I made this one a few times last summer and it always came out well. I doesn't call for sun dried tomatoes but I always added them as many of the reviewers suggested.

I do orzo with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, broccoli, and feta. Sometimes I add sliced beets as well. Mix it all and either add a greek dressing or just the artichoke juice and some evoo and vinegar.

So simple. Tri colored pasta with sundried tomatoes and throw in grilled chicken (seasoned with just salt pepper oregano and garlic). Drizzle Italian salad dressing Voila!

i usually make this in the summer and everyone always loves it.

whole wheat pasta
chopped onion
chopped garlic
parsley, salt, pepper
black olives
sundried tomatoes
feta cheese
chick peas optional
the dressing is oil and red vinegar with a small amount of honey mustard

spiral pasta
2 cups of arugula
sundried tomato
chick peas
shaved parmesan
dress with oil and balsamic vinegar

I don't have a recipe because I kind of eyeball everything. I do cheese tortellini, mozzarella balls, sundried tomatoes and fresh basil tossed with some olive oil, salt, pepper and onion powder.

I taste as I go until it's what I want - I always get compliments on it.

i do sundried tomatoes, chunks of provolone cheese, diced red peppers with homemade italian vinagrette...so good! i usually use tortellini instead of regular pasta.
