I think it depends on your age and your dr. My Dr said, and I've read, 6 mos. I've heard some ladies say their drs said 3 mos, and others say theirs said to start when you start to ttc. I don't think there is a right or wrong answer.

quick question!
Just asked my Dr this at my last visit- her answer- a lot of pregnancies aren't planned and people don't start prenatal care to after conception and their babies are 100% fine.. I was worried bc Id only be using them like 3 months.. she always puts my mind at ease since I'm an over planner/worrier
