Not points based- but have you looked into my fitness pal or sparkpeople? Thy are free!
I don't think there are any ww apps th ou can use without joining, that would be copyright and/or trademark fraud

Anyone using a WightWatchers app without actually joining?
Myfitnesspal = 20 pounds lost in 2 months (working out also)
Since i've stopped tracking i put some lbs back on. I hope to get back to tracking soon.

I had the WW app when I was a member and continued using it after I quit, but like the above poster said, I love myfitnesspal, its great. WW changes semi-often so it can be tough to follow if you're not a paying member with the inside scoop. Plus, myfitnesspal let's you link up with friends to motivate each other.

I don't know if you can use the WW app unless you are a meetings or online member... but I know My fitness pal, or calorie count, are both free apps.

My Fitness Pal is the same exact thing. I've lost over 30 lbs in less than a year!
