Seeking 2-bedroom rental
Hello!
My husband and I are seeking a 2-bedroom apartment/house rental starting later this summer (end of August is ideal).
Ideal situation:
- close to LIRR and within 60 minute commute to Penn Station
- Decent kitchen including dishwasher
- Laundry facilities in/near unit
- baby friendly
- parking for 1 car
- Prefer Nassau county/south shore but am open to other areas if the price and place are right.
We are a happy, quiet couple in our late 30s with a small child and excellent credit/references. My husband is also extremely handy and can take on renovation or other home improvement projects as well.
