nassau county bris locations
I am due in September (right between the jewish holidays). While my preference is to have the bris at the temple, if it is the holiday they will not allow it. Therefore, I am looking for other venues to hold this bris just in case. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. TIA

Most brises that I have attended have been at the parents' or grandparents' house, or at the synagogue. Did you speak to a mohel to find out the rules about having a bris on one of the holidays, if that's how it falls out?

We had my DS' bris at our home. I cannot picture a bris anywhere but a home or a temple. I mean... you can't really do that in the middle of a restaurant??!
All the ones i've been to have been at the new parents home or a grandparents home.
