We provide affordable loan origination software, delivered as SaaS, that automates the decision lending process to accelerate the loan origination and approval process.
The Customer Support Representative will provide application support and training to our customers, who are utilizing our loan origination system (LOS). Auto finance and underwriting experience required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and other electronic medium. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints. Provide training to clients in the use of application functionality. Experience reading and evaluating consumer credit reports from all three bureaus. Must be highly skilled in credit decisioning and have a solid understanding of consumer credit, applicable federal and state regulations relative to consumer lending. Working knowledge of underwriting terminology as it pertains to the Direct and or Indirect Lending arena is preferred. Understanding of various calculations that are commonly used in the consumer lending industry. Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers and interact with various levels of staff. Comprehensive knowledge of indirect loan and lease programs, as well as a broad knowledge of bank products and services, highly desirable. Ideal candidate will also possess the following skills: College degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years Consumer Lending or related industry experience strongly preferred Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and web browsers. Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications. Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Experience with hardware and software issues is a plus. Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills. Attention to detail and proficiency for accuracy and follow up. Strong focus on customer service & problem solving skills.
We are searching for a Technical Business Analyst to manage its B2B External Communication projects. These projects require an understanding of web services and the ability to translate vendor/third party technical specifications into functional/technical specifications that can be turned over to the Application Development team for implementation. The Technical Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Service Delivery Coordinators, Third Party/ Vendors, the Application Development team, as well as the clients to ensure successful delivery of commitments.
Duties: Liaise with the vendor, development team and the client to understand the business workflow. Translate the workflow into a detailed functional/technical document to be turned over to the development team for implementation. Gather connectivity requirements and work with the Network team on establishing the communication channel between TCI and the client/third party. Work with the technical team and business to schedule deployment of new projects, as well as fixes/enhancements to existing client interfaces. Create operation support and helpdesk documentation for production systems. Update documentation as changes/enhancements are deployed to ensure accuracy. Recognized as the system expert for supported systems. A “go to” person for both the technical team and business partners. Coordinates the project from the Initiation Phase through the Close Phase. Assists Quality Assurance in the development and execution of test scripts and test scenarios. Assists in the resolution of post-production issues and manages ongoing change requests. Improves systems by studying current practices and proposing modifications to increase efficiency. Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved processes/procedures. Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing ongoing support.
Skills and Specifications Must have working knowledge of VPN, SFTP Past experience with the development of web services, XML Experience implementing vendor/third party solutions. Strong business analysis, definition, design and troubleshooting skills. Strong organizational, verbal and written skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Effective Project Management skills.
Project Coordinator –Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years as an underwriter, business analyst or project manager or a combination of, in the financial sector strongly preferred. Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and web browsers. Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized. Strong communication both written and verbal Ability to learn and process new information quickly.
QA Tester – Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a science or engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience. 2-6 years experience with manual black box and gray box functional testing, exploratory testing and regression testing.
2+ years experience creating manual test scripts from formal requirements, informal requirements and use cases.
2+ years experience with web delivered, browser based business applications.
2+ years experience in the financial services technology industry
Experience with functional and regression testing using automated tools. (Highly Desired)
