My beautiful German Shepherd was disgnosed with a heart tumor
In only 2 days, our lives are changed. Yesterday she became very lethargic and couldn't eat, drink or even greet us at the door. After spending hours in the vet last night, he diagnosed her with a heart tumor which is filling her periacardium (sp) with blood. I am so shocked and saddened.
We're going to have to put her to sleep within the next day or so if she doesn't go on her own. Just Sunday night we made our usual 4 mile walk. I just can't belive this...

I am so so sorry. Something similar happened with my parents collie. It was just so out of the blue and he was young- 7.  You and your family and especially your pup will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Our beloved jack was 10 when he was diagnosed 3 years ago.
Take her for another opinion. We went to dr wen in speonk, he put jack on herbs that allowed to live almost another year in perfect health. He ultimately died from kidney failure unrelated to his original condition.
Good luck and I'm so sorry, I know exactly how that news feels!

She's gone. We decided to put her to sleep. She was struggling to move and breathe. She hasn't eaten since Monday. I am so so saddened by our loss. Now it's time to get my two sons to understand that she's not coming home.
