If you knew that your neighbors were dealing drugs, what would you do about it? We had people come by the other day looking for him that were cracked out of their mind and I don't know what to do... I have a small child and I don't want anything to happen, but I'm scared if I do say something, they might know it was me.. Thanks!.

Call the local precinct (not 911) and let them know what is happening. Also, let them know you have small children and you are worried. Your call can be anonymous.

Honestly, I really don't know ANY cops who would ring the doorbell and say "Hey! Your neighbor, you know, the one with the kid? She thinks you're dealing drugs... so... are you?" Of course they wouldn't tell them who called- call the cops!

How?? What if they call from a pay phone (are they still around?  ) and not give a name but only an address. No way to tell who called.

I am dealing with this. We have a bunch of young guys in the apratment across the street. All day/night they have people making 5/10 minute stops in. Their window was broken into a few weeks ago, and now there is a video camera out front. I have seen them a few times reinforcing their doors (front & side). It just screams shady drug dealing.

I would call the precinct and ask them how to handle it. Make sure you tell them that you fear for your safety.

Does your precinct have a community officer ?
That would be the officer to speak with your concerns about your neighbor.

Call the preceint, they'll come to your house to speak to you about what's been going on. More then likely they'll start a small investigation and if they find any reason to continue it they'll place an unmarked car on your block.
This is currently happening on my block but not for drug reasons. The cops think the house next door is runing a brothel (sp?).

don't have them come to your home...that's way too obvious. Go to them to avoid them knocking on your door

I would either go to the precinct or call them. DO NOT have them come to your house. Like someone suggested as well, seek out your community policing officer.
