Uppababy stroller users....
Did you use the convertible kit for your infant car seat or did you use a separate snap & go? I registered for and received the snap & go for my Graco seat....we did not receive the Uppababy Vista we registered for at the shower but have a good amount of store credit to use towards buying it ourselves, so now I'm debating whether I should just return the snap & go and get $90 something in store credit for it, and buy the $40 Graco kit for the Uppababy instead?? My hesitation is only b/c I know the snap & go is a smaller frame stroller and will be more manageable/lightweight in tighter spaces if I run out shopping or something....but then again I won't be using it at all once our LO outgrows the infant seat anyway. UGH pregnancy brain is making me even more indecisive than usual! lol Thanks for any input!!

I love my uppababy vista. I got the car seat adapter to it and I am so glad I did. The snap and go it a lot smaller, but I didnt have any problem with getting around with my uppababy. IMO I would return the snap and go and by the adapter to the uppababy.

Uppababy stroller users....
I actually used a Snap N Go because I purchased the Vista after my DS was born. I was obsessed with the snap n go, I love how lightweight it was and how easy it was to use. However, if you are using it for walks I don't find the ride as smooth as the Vista. I left my snap n go in the car and used the bassinet feature for walks when he was little. If you can use the store credit, then return it, but if it were me I would keep it. Good luck!

Re: Uppababy stroller users....
I have both. I used the Vista adaptor a lot more. While the snap and go is much easier to fold and lift, my personal opinion is that it's a piece of crap. It's difficult to maneuver, it rattles like a shopping cart when you are pushing it on asphalt and the basket holds next to nothing. While the Vista is heavier and wider, its much easier to handle pushing, the ride is much smoother for the baby and the huge basket makes it easier to store shopping bags, diaper bag, purse, etc.

I did not bother with a snap and go, I used the car seat adapter instead. I couldn't see pushing a snap and go when I had my Vista, which is much more enjoyable to push and also a smoother ride for baby.

I use the Uppababy solely. Love it! Yes, it's bigger and heavier than the snap n go, but the basket is huge and it's such a smooth ride. I also love how its nice and high. When I see people with a snap n go, I feel like its so low to the ground.

Re: Uppababy stroller users....
I have the Snap n Go and the UppaBaby Vista adapter for my Chicco keyfit. I prefer the Chicco Snap n Go honestly. It's so much lighter than the Vista and if I'm running multiple errands it is easier to take it in and out of the car. However, I wouldn't use the Snap and Go to go on walks out on the sidewalk or other bumpy terrain or anything like that. For that I always use the Vista. Also, for reference, my DD is 15w and I already put her in the regular Vista seat for walks.

I would get the credit and put tit towards the uppbaby. I take my full size stroller still and its fine when shopping. The whole great feature of the uppababy is the snap and go part. I thinj its a waste of money to keep the snap and go when the uppababy has the same feature.

ditto! i loved the uppa with carseat adaptor; i borrowed my friend's snap and go because she swore by it and returned it the next week because it felt like it was going to fall apart. the uppa was awesome

Re: Uppababy stroller users....
thanks so much for all the input!! I think I'll definitely return the snap & go and get the adapter instead, it's worth it to save almost $60! I can't wait to buy it and bring it home already! Now if only I could win the argument w/ DH on which color to get I LOVE the Ella one, which is like a teal kind of color (we're team green), our "compromise" is the navy blue!

Go with the darker color. I have the silver and it is filthy. it grosses me out. I have to figure out how to clean it.

Re: Uppababy stroller users....
I use a snap and go. The reason being I use the vista with the bassinet around my neighborhood. I live in walking distance to everything, so it works for me. I keep the bassinet always attached to the base .
