Nursing Bras
How embarrassing... I broke 2 bras within a week! The underwire has busted out of both of them lol! I've been trying to hold off bc I heard our boobies will get even bigger with milk...these were D's and they still popped (original pre-pregnancy bras were C)...
I'm thinking of getting nursing bras tomorrow... Are they supportive enough where I can wear them on a regular basis before baby arrives? I'm almost 32 weeks now.
Also, did motherhood have good ones? That's where I'm gonna go tomorrow with my babe... He touched the popped wire and said "baby don't worry, I'll take u to the mall tomorrow" LOL!

Re: Nursing Bras
The bras at motherhood didn't fit me. It may have just been the one I went to but they were not full coverage and gave me horrible double boob and I felt like there was no support

Re: Nursing Bras
I ordered the bravado nursing bra from amazon. It's so comfy and supportive. I highly recommend them! I was also a c pre pregnancy and am now a d. I ordered the medium and it fit perfectly.

Wow I just looked on amazon and it got amazing reviews! The only prob it's a bit pricy for one bra. But if it's a good bra then it might be worth it.
Do u mind me asking, how many weeks are u? Don't I have to order a size up to prepare for boobies getting bigger after delivery?

Re: Nursing Bras
Time to give up the underwire! When I was nursing (3+ years between my two girls) I used the Bravado bras most of all during the day, and slept in the Motherhood bra. You will need sleep bras to hold nursing pads in place, or you wake up soaking wet. Ahhh what a glamorous job motherhood is!

Re: Nursing Bras
Another vote for Anita bras! Actually, I just purchased a bunch of nursing bras (varying brands based on reviews) from Nordstrom. Free shipping and free returns... can't beat that! Figured I can try them and just send back what doesn't work! They are pricey but I am always happy with the quality of the bra brands they sell!

Nursing Bras
Bravado bras are amazing. I have been using mine for around 2 yrs. (time to wean much? lol) I also love their nursing tanks. The motherhood bras stink; the elastic wears out and they are not as supportive or comfortable.

Re: Nursing Bras
I've been wearing the Pea in a Pod brand nursing bras from Destination Maternity. They're not cheap at $45 each but I got them on a buy 3 get 1 free deal and I actually like them a lot! Before I cut off the tags I went to Target looking for a cheaper alternative and I just didn't like them.

I am 7 weeks post partum and went through a million nursing bras to finally end up buying the bravado ones and I will NEVER go back. I went from barely an A cup to an E cup now---ridiculous. These bras are supportive, comfy, easy to use and don't make your boobs look like saggy bags of milk. You will not be disappointed.

Nursing Bras
For those that bought the bravado bras, which one did you buy? Who would have thought there will be a million styles available on Amazon. Original, Seamless, Soft Cup, the Bliss, Sublime, etc....
