9 month old menus?

I was wondering what your 9 month old's menu looks like. I feel like my DD needs something new but not sure what to do. We are still on stage 1 veggies as stage 2 make her gag. Do I keep trying 2 or just leave it?

7:00 4oz bottle
8:00 Veggie and Cereal
11:00 4oz bottle
1:30 fruit or yogurt
4:30 Veggie and cereal
7:30 6oz bottle

Thoughts?

9 month old menus?

Dd gets a bottle at 7 and then a stage 2 fruit with cereal. Then for lunch she gets a bottle and another stage 2 but ill add pastina or cut up chicken turkey etc.
dinner is bottle and anther stage 2 with pieces of whatever we are eating for dinner. Snack is usually cut up fruit or puffs/mum mums.
She wants more table food now than the baby food. And ped gave us the ok for pretty much anything but honey pb and fish.

DS gets an 8oz bottle at 8:30 Cereal and a Stage 2 Fruit. At 12:30 he gets a 4-6oz bottle and 2 stage 2 veggies, at 4:30 he will get another 8oz bottle with a stage 3 dinner and right before bed (8:30-9:00) he will get a 4-6oz bottle with 2 stage 2 friuts.

For snacks during the day he will get some cheerios, fruit, mum mums or the gerber snacks. He is not a big table food eater yet but we are trying to warm him up to it.

his formula intake changes day to day since he would much rather eat food than drink the milk but he will always get at least 24oz a day and eat at least 5 things of food.

DD takes 6oz when she wakes up. A pouch or yogurt or pancakes around 8:30. Then around 9:30, 6 oz bottle. Then lunch (pouch or table food) around 12. 6oz bottle around 1, then again at 5:30. Then dinner (pouch or table food). 8oz bottle at 8:30.

Our Ped said we could add chicken, beef, etc now (puréed) for protein.
You might also try avocado for healthy fats. Good for brain development!

Mine get meals of fruit/veg/oatmeal 2 x per day with 4 oz bottle. Im trying to get them 3 x per day with no bottle. And they snack on puffs, yogurt melts. Im going to try eggs tomorrow. Then maybe pancakes if that checks out.

My ped said try the yolk first so I hard boiled it and mashed it into his cereal. After no reaction then I tried a scrambled whole egg.

Re: 9 month old menus?

8:30 - nurse
10:00 - cereal or fruit (going to start toast, eggs or pancakes)
10:30 - nurse
1:00 - fruit or veggie (just bought fruit cups to add more finger foods and have done cut up watermelon)
3:00 - nurse
6:00 - veggie and meat or avocado (also have made zucchini cakes, turkey patties and do some cut up veggies pieces)
8:00 - nurse

For lunch and dinner I try to do a purée + a finger food so she can practice plus it keeps her busy but I know she is getting enough nutrients from the purée! I also bought pasta for her to try!
