Where to have a registry?

I've been a lurker for quite a while and I am finally ready to participate in these boards!! Chat Icon

We are expecting a little Chat Icon in the end of October. My husband and I have just started making a registry at Babies R Us and are having difficulty deciding where else to register. We had a bad experiences with Buy BuyBaby not the store itself but the customer service was extremely rude to my husband and I so we won't register there for our own personal reasons.

What are some places you ladies have had good experiences registering at? Thank you for your help.

Sorry to hear about your experience with BBB, they are always so accommodating in there.

Where to have a registry?

I totally get it- when someone pisses you off and you don't want to give them business. I'm the same way. Was it a particular location? Because I would report the location and the person who was rude to you! I went to the BBB in the city and they were SO nice there. So it's case by case. I would say Target or JC Pennys actually has a pretty good selection for a baby registry. So does Sears.

I have Target for mine & it wasn't bad. They have a good selection. I did the entire thing online, easy to modify & no complaints.

I called and spoke with the manager of the store and he defended the employee, it was the store near the Roosevelt Field mall. I feel bad to judge the entire store by one persons bad attitude, but when the manager didn't even apologize that was the biggest turn off. This is a fun and exciting time in our lives and I really don't need anyones negativity bringing me down lol. I thought about JC Penny as well. I heard they had a great selection. Thanks!

My main registry is BRU and anything that can't be purchased at BRU is on my Amazon registry.
