When I use powder, it's usually just MAC eye shadow- omega or charcoal brown --the color depends on whether my eyebrows are their natural color, or slightly bleached.
Then I go over it with Cover Girl clear mascara.

I have very dark brown hair but just a tad lighter than black and had such a hard time finding anything that matched without a red tone or making me look like I had black caterpillars on my face. I seriously spent so much time and money trying everything to fill in those little spots. Finally, last year I started using an angled brow brush with a MAC shadow called Night Maneuvers and it was like magic. I love it and it stays in place all day.

I use a kit by anastasia...it is a wax, three different shades of light brown and 5 or 6 eyebrow templates you hold up to your brow and color in based on what shape you want

I have the same color hair and the same problem, then my sister put me onto Sephora brand's waterproof eyebrow retractable pencil in Midnight Brown. It's the best cool-brown I've found to blend in my brows, but now I want to hunt for Night Maneuvers!
