the previous owners of our house did. we have had to get 3 panes replaced (under warranty) cause they get condensation between the glass. They have taken care of it no problem, but i don't think the quality is great and I don't think i would use them for new windows.
maybe the quality has improved since those windows were installed though...

We had our basement windows replaced by them. Price was good, installation was good. No complaints.
