Another cross fit question

I bought a 10 class package on Living Social. I bought it to add something new/different to my routine, not to replace what I already do. The trainer/instructor seemed annoyed and kind of gave me an attitude when I said I wasn't going to come 2-3 times a week.
So anyway, my question is, for those of you who do cross fit, is that the only training/workout you do? Or do you incorporate other workouts or even other gym memberships?

I run as well, but no other gym memberships. Honestly, you don't need them both. CF is awesome!!

Another cross fit question

With a program liek crossfit ti get the best results out of it you need to do it more than 1 day a week. I am guessing that is why the instructor reacted that way.

I have a training program through my kickboxing gym and if I only did it one day a week I would not see the results and then I woudl probably quit and not receommend it to others.

I run and I work at a few gyms so I can supplement it but you don't really have to. CF is amazing.

I know people who do cross fit love it, but I wasn't wowed. I didn't feel it was that different or that much more challenging then what I do at a UXF class at NYSC. Plus I really enjoy my Zumba classes.
I guess I will just do my 10 sessions 1-2 times a week until they're done. Maybe I'll have a change of heart, maybe not.
