need some group motivation to run
i am training for my third half in september and i have ZERO motivation! I think if i had a group to train with it would help. I'm in West Babylon. I need to be doing between 3-4 miles during the week and I'm up to 7 on the weekend (well i should be). I have two little ones so it make it kinda tricky once DH goes to work. I have been doing runs with the double jogger when i have to but I don't feel like i'm running my best since i'm pushing two kids !!!

I live in West Islip and have 2 little ones myself; however, I run super early in the morning (5am) and I know most people don't like to run as early as I do. I usually do a long run on Saturdays.
