First PG U/S *8/2 Update!
FET was on 7/15 and I'm scheduled for my first U/S on Fri Aug 2, which feels too soon? Should we expect to see anything or should I go in mentally prepared that there could be nothing there? Can anyone share their transfer and first U/S dates and what was seen? Thanks!!

I don't remember specific dates but with my current pregnancy we saw two sacs at 5wk4d each with yolks. A weeks later, they had heartbeats.

Thanks PennyCat! The nurse told me on 7/26 I was considered 4w4d which would make me 5w4d on the day of the U/S.

Yup, welcome to the first trimester! 
Once you hit 25wks is when it really starts moving!   Just think, it won't be long before you're begging for time to SLOW DOWN!

One milestone down, many more to go. Of course I woke up this morning to a pretty heavy bleed and assumed it was all over before I got to the doc appt. But, they did the sono and said everything looks good. I am 5w2d today and we saw one sac and yolk. They saw no signs of bleeding within the uterus and said it's likely coming from the cervix, though they don't know why (the would have thought endometrin but it's heavier than a bleed I would get from that). I exhaled for a moment and then realized it'll be another week til we go back...inhale.

I was seriously week by week this ENTIRE pregnancy... Having had a previous loss at 17wks (among earlier ones) and then preterm labor issues with this pregnancy at 22wks, I was ALWAYS on edge. I so much wanted to get to viability .. then 32wks.. then 34wks .. now at nearly 37wks I'm laying in bed with my laptop with my hand on my belly waiting to feel him. I felt him 10 mins ago, but its become this nagging urge. The crazy never ends. Welcome to the next 9 months. Or better yet, welcome to the rest of your life as you now know it.  
etaL to the OP .. you can still enjoy it!!! I've enjoyed this pregnancy thoroughly in between the worry! I think being nervous just keeps you in touch with how precious each pregnant moment really is. I know for myself I developed an appreciation for this pregnancy that I didn't have in my first and wouldn't have understood had I not been through everything I've been through. You just realize how precious it all is- and lets face it- some of us are just realists. Pregnancy is not easy, but I do believe you can enjoy it despite the nerves. I know I have!

I could have written this exact sentence myself! It's joy and then worry and then joy and ... well you see where I'm going. I'm definitely allowing myself to be happy, but then I worry that I'm happy and something may go wrong. It's a conflict of emotions I wish I didn't have, but I guess anyone going through IF has it to some extent.
