Would you call the doctor or is this normal?
I'm 29 weeks (for reference), and I have a check up on Wednesday morning (48 hours from now). I also had a growth sono last Monday and baby looks great and they measured my cervix which was 'nice and long'.
Saturday morning after waking up I noticed a major increase in discharge. Since then it seems to come and go but I will have occasional bouts of lots of watery discharge. I have also been consistently feeling a lot of pressure in my lower stomach and pelvic area, I've been (TMI alert) very gassy and going #2 3 times a day since Saturday. I have regular BH contractions but have for a while (sometimes 2-3 a day, but so far not more than 1 an hour I think). This morning I have some very mild cramping/pressure in my lower back.
I don't know if this is just normal third trimester changes or something to worry about. I am followed very closely because of my own medical history, and like I said I was at the doctor last week and will be back on Wednesday. Is it necessary to call today or am I being paranoid?
ETA: Forgot to say I have been feeling him move very regularly this whole time. He's kicking right now.

I would call just so they could put your mind at ease. I'm sure its fine but stressing is just going to drive you crazy.

sounds pretty normal to me I started feeling pressure and noticed increase in discharge during my third trimester. But definitely let your doctors know at your next appt.

I am a few days behind you so not sure what normal is. If I have a funny feeling in my finger nail I email my dr to put my mind at ease. I would not hesitate to contact your dr.

Third trimester you tend to have increased vaginal discharge. It's normal. If it was your water it's more of a water consistency that may trickle or gush. I would call your OB who may send you to L&D only because of the gas which can be a sign of preterm labor if accompanied by diarrhea.

Re: Would you call the doctor or is this normal?
Update: the nurse immediately told me to come in. I'm going at 5:30. Maybe it's because I'm high risk so they are being super careful? Either way I'm happy to go in and get checked out.

Re: Would you call the doctor or is this normal?
Sounds normal to me also. At around 32w I started feeling the same things you are describing. Watery discharge, 2-3 BM daily, lots of movement, increased pressure low, etc.
I spoke to my dr at one of my regular appointments and he barely touched on it. He was like "ok, sounds ok, see you in 2 weeks".
I am 37w now and every week everything looks good. Still exhibiting some of the same symptoms.

Thanks! I'm not overly concerned but I have nothing else going on today so may as well go in and get checked! Hopefully they tell me all is normal and that's that.
