Prenatal Yoga
I know south nassau hospital use to host classes, does anyone know of classes that are held in nassau county closer to oceanside or rockville center and are good

I use to go to a place in wantagh but it was a little far

Revolution Yoga in RVC has Prenatal classes 2 times a week. Prenatal is Thursdays and gentle flow is sat morning I believe. The teacher on Thursdays is also a Doula..
Love that place. Maybe i'll go tomorrow.

Thanks for posting and the response...I've been wanting to try out prenatal yoga but didn't know of any places. I'm very close to RVC. I think I will check it out.

I love love love Breathe N Flow Yoga, in Freeport. They have 5 classes/week, and they are amazing! :)
