Workout of the day
So I post workouts on my other page all the time and my friends are always telling me that it motivates them to do something because they all require no equiptment and minimal time. So I thought I would start sharing some here to if there is interest.
Here is the one I put up for today:
8-11
100 jumping jacks, 50 push-ups, 75 air squats and 25 burpees

So sorry that I missed a day already. Today's challenge is a difficult one, but well worth it!
Ready?
100 burpees for tie. In other words, as fast as possible!
Burpees are a full body workout. Try to do ten at a time resting for no more then one minute between sets.
Ready, set, go!

I agree but they are the most effective exercise. They work all five dimensions o fitness: endurance, speed, agility, strength, and flexibility

Prisoner lunges Mountain climbers Russian twists Push-ups Jumping jacks Chair dips Crunches
