interview with superintendent tomorrow
this is the third and final interview. the superintendent is interviewing the top 2 candidates and choosing one of us. Ugh!! No pressure!!
Never interviewed with the superintendent before. What can I expect?

Every superintendent interview I have been on has been just like the interviews in the other rounds - their questions are very similar to all the questions you have already been asked. I always feel like at this point, they have a good idea about who they want.

Thanks!! It's a 2nd grade position in the Bronx!! You were all right. "Tell me about yourself" for the third time, haha. I think it went pretty well. We'll see! Thanks again!

I work in a school in the Bronx, and I had to come back two times, one to interview with an AP, then a panel, and do two demo lessons. There are some great schools in the Bronx that are very selective with their hiring. The elementary school we share the building with has Wolcott there all the time, and they have been an A school for a number of years.
