I used them for DDs 1st g'day and I thought they were great. We had 2 clowns (not scary looking) they danced, made cotton candy, played games and did a magic show. Kept the kids entertained.

We booked them for our DS birthday on sept 1 and we also saw them at a party last weekend. I thought they were great from what I saw. The face painting was awesome. The kids were entertained. I didn't watch the whole show bc DS was tired.

Ditto we just used them yesterday and they were great. My only gripe was i asked them to start at 1 but they showed up at 1245 so everything got pushed up a lil.

I had them last year for my twins 1st birthday. They are great with all the kids, even the adults had a great time with the games and the magic show.

Ok glad to hear! I read some mixed reviews online - some seemed to be fake though so I wanted to get some other opinions. Their packages seem very reasonable for what they offer

Same here, we also had face painting, balloon animals, and had a character come, DS face was priceless. The only complaint I had was that I paid for 90 min and they finished like 25 min early. When I asked about it, they told me they came early. I don't think they came that early but I just let it go.

I used them a few months ago,
only issue I had was they started 20 minutes earlier then they were supposed to and when I asked them to wait they told me they couldn't.
I prob wont use them again because of it.
they were good with the kids tho.

I did the review..... as an FYI- I got an email from the owner who is threatening to sue me for my negative review. He went on and on about how it was his employees fault etc.... I asked him why he hadn't contacted me to set up an elmo appearance like he promised. He said he's been busy- but not too busy to send me an email or read my review.
I told him that at no point has he tried to make anything right with me or accept any responsibility whatsoever. He said- i cant do that- it's not my fault.

I had a party in their party room in Franklin Square a few months ago and I was very pleased. I have seen a handful & used a few other kids entertainment for parties and I think they are the best.

Saw them at a 1st bday party a few months back and I thought they were great with the kids and the activities they did. I liked them so much I want to book them for DD 1st bday party in January.

BEWARE.......
This really makes me angry.
First, he IS responsible for his employees. You contract with HIM.
Second, you, who have not received promised product, actually can sue (but it would be a $$ process with a lawyer, and a pain in the ass... But you could do it yourself free in small claims court). My BIL did this to his wedding photography company... Yes, big and in LI (the photographer was sick day of and gave them unusable video and terrible pics). He got back $6 or $7k.
Your review only said truth: you were promised a product, didn't get it, complained, weren't heard, reviewed and were threatened.

I am seriously debating hiring this company for my DD's party in Sept. I noticed the contract has disclosures releasing them from liability etc.
I also noticed states expected tip is $60. I would be paying over $300 for 1.5 hrs, I feel its pretty crazy to expect additional 20% tip! I don't make over $120/hr (2 ppl).
Really torn on this decision....

I called about their princess package and every princess I requested was an additional charge. On top of having the most expensive price ( by far) of all the companies I called.

Yea this is true...I did see this too. So that is about $30 per entertainer. I know they deserve a tip...but I don't know if I would tip that on my own let alone be forced to tip that.
When I saw them at a party they really were great and probably would have given them about that anyway. Who knows how much they see from the $300 cost upfront to the company.

What a moron! His employees are just that, his employees. What they do reflects on HIM. It's HIS fault, not yours. He can try to sue you, but would not win. I would tell him to bring it on. Idiot.

how ridiculous your entitled to an opinion. I never used them but when I inquired about them they called and left a message but once I found out how expensive they were from other people I never called back. They called about 10x again leaving messages each time, that really annoyed me.
