1st trimester- how do you hide it?
So I am 8w preg w serious morning sickness. I started wearing a sea band and I try eating something every 2 hours (it's extremely hard, everything makes me sick)
I work in a very small office and now I get the comments, eating again? What's on your wrist? Do you feel ok? Etc
I just said new diet eating many smaller meals and its a new fashion braclet lol
Any suggestions?

Re: 1st trimester- how do you hide it?
I am a teacher, so I was home most of my first trimester, so I never experienced it at work. I gave up and told people after my sono at 8 weeks. I was throwing up too much to hide it. I had already told most of my family by 6 weeks (we were really excited, lol)
I think the thing about the new diet sounds plausible....or say you were diagnosed with hypogylcemia and you have to eat every 2 hours or so to regular your blood sugar. I actually have to eat that often normally, because of my blood sugar. Or try and sneak something small without them seeing. I love the mini Lara bars, like two bites and they have alot of protein, which for me, helps the MS.
Good luck!

Just keep doing what you're doing and people will know soon enough.
I was always nauseous so I was either not eating or eating bagels all day long. People made comments but I'd just brush them off. And then I had to hide it at an off-site where everyone was drinking beer and wine. I had to get a seltzer and pretend it had vodka in it. People again made comments. But you know what? I told everyone when I was ready and then it all made sense to them.
I promise you that they are not as suspicious as you think they are. It's just because you're so conscious of it that it's making you uncomfortable.

Re: 1st trimester- how do you hide it?
I'm a week behind you at 7 weeks and it's becomming increasingly more difficult to hide from my closest family and friends. And forget it....almost everyone at work has asked me if I am pregnant because I went from drinking coffee and redbull everyday to drinking water and ginger ale. I just laugh and tell them that if I was - they would know! I'm lucky because my MS is coming at night, so it's a bit easier to hide. But I have a feeing I am going to be an early announcer because lying all the time is just not my style.

I didn't. My three coworkers knew. My closest friends knew also, around 10 weeks, but kept it hush hush. Luckily, no one slipped up.
I had no interest in keeping it a secret to the point of driving myself crazy or over analyzing my every move. Too stressful.

ITA.
The people who I'm surrounded by daily (co-workers, friends, family) know. If it can't be avoided, I don't try to hide it.
