NEED HELP WITH SIDES FOR TONIGHT!
Took a trip to stew leonards ( heaven! ) on Sunday and picked up Salmon burgers. What sides would go with it?? Im on a diet so im avoiding carbs. HELP!

Are you grilling them? I would just pick up some yummy veggies (zucchini, eggplant, asparagus) and grill them with some EVOO and S&P.

When I eat Salmon, I usually make one of these sides:
1. string beans- steamed or roasted (I usually do a little evoo, garlic, black pepper and lemon juice)
2. kale chips
3. lemon orzo
4. coleslaw
5. broccoli- steamed with garlic and lemon
