Very very active baby
DD is 6 months old and super active. She's always on the move, hates to be in anything that restrains her, like a High chair, car seat, etc. she's exhausting to hold all day bc she's so squirmy and wants to get into everything.
I have a jumperoo and an exersaucer, but I worry about her using them bc she gets so stimulated, jumps like crazy, and wips her head around a lot.
I'm contemplating getting a walker bc at least she can move herself around, but not jump like crazy. Are they really bad for development?
Any other suggestions?

What about a super yard gate so that you she has room to move around on the floor but is contained and safe.

DS is the same way but I love our jumper for that reason. The rest of the time we're just running after him!

DS2 is like this, still is at 2+yo.
We used a walker for both boys. We have a ranch so there is literally 1 step that goes into our playroom so we had no real stair hazard. Both my boys walked by 11m old, so I dont really believe there was much issue with development and neither has any other "issues".
I love hte walker when used properly it give the kids that sense of independence htey are seeking.
