I am a nyc teacher and have been for 10 years. I so tree of being in the classroom and can't imagine doing this much longer. Teaching just isn't what it used to be with all these new standards and requirements. I was thinking of getting a degree in guidance but worried. I know there are never positions available. But also, is it like starting new? Do u lose your years and seniority?
