Anyone ganache with white chocolate?
Does it have a different considency? I want to use it as a glaze over buttercream frosting.

I've never made white chocolate ganache, but I imagine it would be the same. I mean, you can kinda adjust it to the consistency you want.

I've never done it, but I do find white chocolate trickier to melt. It tends to seize up more quickly on me! So I would maybe do some online research to see if there are some tricks to making is smooth and shiny.

I'm finding a few variations. Some saying chips will work, some say no.. Some with corn syrup. Some without. Most seem the ratio is different than typical chocolate ganache.
