drinks for lunch
In the past, for daycare, I have never had to send in drinks. At home, DS doesn't really drink juice, just water. I don't really want him going in with juice boxes every day - maybe I will send in one - but I know he is usually thirsty. And I know, he will probably lose a container if I send it in. How much and what do you send in? Other than the mini bottles of water, which I can send in, but gets expensive, what do you send in?
ETA: And I know I am extremely ridiculous for even worrying about this!

I send water. Either bottles, or water from the jug inside her funatiner thermos thing.

I send in bottled water or water in a sports bottle nearly every day. Sometimes Vitamin Water or Gatorade as a treat, but never, ever juice.

my son doesn't like juice boxes. he either gets organic chocolate milk (once in awhile)
he prefers water, so usually its in his thermos, sometimes a small bottle

I'm so not "soapboxing", but did you know that Roaring Waters has artificial sweetener in it? I'm only mentioning it because I had NO idea. I swear I read the label like 6 times when I bought them, and didn't see it. But sure enough they do! Some people don't mind, but in case you didn't know!

Apple and Eve Water Fruits for lunch (they have no artificial sweeteners like the other flavored waters) they are made with fruit and coconut water.
and a water bottle for the rest of the day

I send each kid with 1 juice box and 1 box of milk (they love the Horizon vanilla or regular).
My DS has started drinking water more, so, I may swap that a few times a week with the juice. DD I may start sending in the vitamin water again (she HATES plain water).

I think I'm going to send him with water in a thermos. I don't want him to have juice during school, even the smallest amount of sugar makes him hyper. He has milk in the morning, so I don't want to send that in

Guilty! But to answer the question, I send water everyday, and once a week or so I send Horizon milk boxes.
