Ideas for Teacher Treats

I am very lucky to be the department head of a phenomenal group of 15 NYC math teachers. I am looking to distribute a few little thank you's and tokens of appreciation over the course of the year. What are some treats you would appreciate?

The best gift my dept chair did was to get a collage frame and ask everyone to bring a family pic to put in it. Then she secretly had them all printed onto coffee mugs. Not to mention it's nice to have the pics displayed in the department office. She also got us hoodies with the school and dept printed on them one christmas.

Smaller ideas would be maybe fun pointers. Target used to have them in the dollar section this time of year and the kids loved when I used them. Also those gigantic pencils are kind of fun to break out once in a while. A nerf basketball set with some activity ideas to go with it. I know these are teaching related but they're still fun and make you feel appreciated. You could do scratch offs, reuseable water bottles, or of course food!
