What to do with "taco soup"
I made some Mexican shredded chicken in the crockpot, but it was waaaaaay too liquidy. But the leftover "soup" is too thin to really eat as soup. How can I thicken it up (without using beans)? Or is there something else I can make with it?

Can you just drain some of the liquid from the chicken? Even if its no longer soupy, you can use the chicken on wraps, salads, etc.
Or if there are veggies in the liquid (corn, etc) maybe purée them in the liquid to thicken it up? I always like blended soups more than thin brothy ones!

What to do with
Oh yeah, I used tongs to take the chicken out, and we are definitely using it. The soupy part is just slasa, a little sour cream and progresso recipe starter (which is why it is so soupy!). But adding corn and pureeing it is a great idea!

Re: What to do with "taco soup"
What about adding it to pasta & baking it uncovered, so the pasta absorbs it?
Add cream cheese to it.
Add rice to it?

What to do with
You could add a flour/water slurry, or some cornmeal, or cook it down on the stove to thicken it.
