Thanks Azoodie!!!!
While I am not measuring each thing I am eating - you have definately inspired me to write down what I do eat and pay more attention to what I put in my body.
In the past week I have cut out so much bread and pasta that I hadn't realized was a part of my everyday habits. I hadn't even realized the junk food I was consuming. You are my inspiration
