Good news! 
I'm waiting for mine to go back down too. It seems to be dropping quickly. Was 1600 last Saturday and it's 143 today. How long did it take for you if you don't mind my asking?

Thanks! It took exactly 3 weeks, but I had the methotrexate shot.
